Q: What is the turnaround time?
A: We’re quick! 🎉 As soon as your horsehair arrives, we’ll begin creating your one-of-a-kind pendant. Our turnaround time is usually one week or less from the day we receive your horsehair. You’ll also get a friendly email confirmation to let you know when it arrives safely.
Q: How do I collect my horsehair?
A: We’ll need just a small amount of tail hair, about half the width of a pencil, and at least 8 inches long. Simply place the hair in a Ziploc bag and write your name, phone number, and order number on the outside. This helps us be sure your keepsake is matched perfectly with your order and return address.
Q: Can I have my pendant made from more than one horse?
A: Absolutely! We’d be happy to blend hair from multiple horses into your pendant, making it an even more special keepsake.
Q: Can my pendant be engraved?
A: At this time, we don’t offer engraving on our pendants. Each piece is already unique and personal, crafted with your horse’s hair.
