A: We’re quick! 🎉 As soon as your horsehair arrives, we’ll begin creating your one-of-a-kind cuff. Our turnaround time is usually one week or less from the day we receive your horsehair. You’ll also get a friendly email confirmation to let you know when it arrives safely.
Q: How do I collect my horsehair?
A: We’ll need just a small amount of tail hair, about half the width of a pencil, and at least 10 inches long. Simply place the hair in a Ziploc bag and write your name, phone number, and order number on the outside. This way, we can make sure your precious keepsake is carefully matched with your order and safely returned to you.
Q: Can I have my cuff made from more than one horse?
A: Absolutely! We can blend hair from multiple horses into your cuff, creating a truly unique and meaningful keepsake.
Q: Can my cuff be engraved?
A: At this time, we don’t offer engraving on our cuffs. Each piece is already unique and personal, crafted with your horse’s hair.
