A: We’re quick! 🎉 As soon as your horsehair arrives, we’ll begin creating your one-of-a-kind ring. Our turnaround time is usually one week or less from the day we receive your horsehair. You’ll also get a friendly email confirmation to let you know when it arrives.
Q: How do I collect my horsehair?
A: We’ll need just a small amount of tail hair, about half the width of a pencil, and at least 8 inches long. Secure the hair with a rubber band, then place it in a Ziploc bag and write your name, phone number, and order number on the outside. This lets us match your horsehair to your order and start creating your special keepsake!
Q: Can I have my ring made from more than one horse?
A: Absolutely! We’d be happy to blend hair from multiple horses into your ring, making it an even more special keepsake..
Q: Can my ring be engraved?
A: At this time, we don’t offer engraving on our rings. Each piece is already unique and personal, crafted with your horse’s hair.
