Q: What is the turnaround time?
A:  We are quick!  As soon as we receive your horsehair, we will begin working on your one of a kind necklace!  Our turnaround time is 2 to 3 days from the day we receive your horsehair.  We will send you an email confirmation when your horsehair arrives. 

Q: How do I collect my horsehair?
A:  We need 6 to 8 strands of hair. Pick the colors you want to see in your globe. The final amount should at least be 6 to 10 inches long. Put your hair in a Ziploc bag.   Label the Ziploc bag with your name, phone number and order number.  We will match the contact information on your order with the return address on your package.

Q: Can I have the globe made from more than one horse?
A: Yes we can mix the hair of multiple horses into your globe necklace

Q: Can I use hair from other animals?
A: Yes, we can add from: Horses, Cows, Donkeys, Dogs & Cats.
